Residential Programmes
Immersive on-campus theological education with face-to-face instruction, vibrant community life, chapel services, library access, and structured ministry practicum.
The two and three-year Master of Divinity programmes are designed to equip learners to face challenges in ministry and society at large. The programme equips students with interdisciplinary perspectives leading to an integration of theological knowledge, spiritual-personal development and ministerial formation.
This comprehensive graduate programme provides in-depth training across all essential theological disciplines, including biblical studies, theological studies, religious studies, historical studies, pastoral ministry, homiletics, mission, and Christian ethics. Students engage in rigorous academic coursework combined with a supervised ministry practicum, developing competencies in academic formation, spiritual-personal formation and ministerial formation.
Residential students benefit from immersive campus life, including daily chapel services, community formation through hostel living, peer learning, extensive library resources, and close mentorship from faculty. Field education placements in local churches provide hands-on ministry experience. The M.Div prepares graduates for life, efficient to serve anywhere in society.
The two-year Master of Theology programme is offered in Religion and Philosophy, Christian Ministry, Mission, Christian Theology, Christian Counselling and Christian Ethics. It is a research-oriented programme that equips students with skills of critical and theological reflection for creative participation in diversified ministries.
This advanced degree is designed for students who have completed their M.Div. or equivalent and desire specialised study in specific academic disciplines.
The M.Th. emphasises rigorous research methodology, critical theological analysis, and scholarly writing. Students work closely with faculty advisors to develop expertise in their chosen specialisation.

Online Programmes

The programme equips students with interdisciplinary perspectives leading to an integration of Theological knowledge, life skills, and Ministerial skills through online coursework, video lectures, discussion forums, and periodic residential intensives. Students receive the same rigorous academic training as residential programmes with greater flexibility in pacing and scheduling.

The Doctor of Ministry Programme is offered to Christian ministers who are above 30 years of age and have ministry experience of five years or more. This professional doctorate is designed for experienced ministry leaders seeking to enhance their practice through advanced theological reflection and research.
The D.Min. integrates theological scholarship with practical ministry experience, focusing on applied research in ministry contexts. Students engage in cohort-based learning, ministry-focused research, and practical project development. The programme combines online coursework with short residential intensives for study and peer interaction.
Participants develop expertise in specific ministry areas, enhance leadership competencies, and produce a doctoral project addressing real ministry challenges. The D.Min. prepares graduates for senior pastoral leadership and specialised ministry contexts requiring advanced practical theology.
The three to five years Doctor of Philosophy Programme is offered to candidates who have an ATA accredited Master of Theology degree with a B+ grade. This rigorous academic programme prepares scholars for theological research, academic teaching, and advanced academic contributions to Christian scholarship.
The Ph.D. emphasizes original research, critical theological inquiry, and scholarly contribution to theological knowledge. Students develop dissertation proposals under faculty supervision, conduct extensive research in their specialised area, and produce a dissertation that makes a significant scholarly contribution to their field.
